Through stories from eight years of voyages, Christof and Raíssa bring the Pirate Code to stages, organisations, schools and gatherings.
Their talks explore what the sea can teach us about courage, uncertainty, leadership, belonging and choosing love over fear, combining real adventures with ideas that invite people to question how they live, work and relate.
Each talk is adapted to the audience and occasion, from intimate gatherings to larger conferences.

Every organisation has a culture. Much of it is unwritten.
We create playful, provocative workshops for companies, NGOs, schools and communities that use the Pirate Code to question those unwritten rules, challenge what no longer serves, and imagine better ways of working and leading together.
Through stories, play, honest conversation and collective experiments, groups create their own principles and practical actions to take back into everyday life.

Together, you explore the patterns and projections shaping your relationships, reclaim what belongs within yourself, and learn to meet fear as a teacher rather than something to escape.

Port Ancestral: The Free Republic of the Pirates of Love
Port Ancestral is our dream of giving Piratas do Amor a permanent home on land, a place where a Culture of Love can be cultivated as a way of life.
Somewhere along the Camamu River in Bahia, hidden between forest and water, we are searching for the place where this small republic can take root. A place where ancestral wisdom stays alive, art becomes part of everyday life, people experiment with new ways of living together, and entrepreneurial ideas grow into livelihoods.
We imagine agroforestry gardens, ateliers and workshops, a little shipyard, canoes tied to the shore, fires beneath the stars, and a rotating cast of sailors, builders, elders, artists, entrepreneurs and beautiful misfits from around the world.
Part village, part sanctuary, part living experiment, Port Ancestral will be a place to listen more closely to nature, to one another, and to the deeper currents moving through life.
A place wild enough to dream differently, rooted enough to sustain itself, and generous enough to bring beauty and prosperity to its surroundings.
Somewhere along that river, our future port is waiting.
