General Information

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Deliveries are made once a week. 

Deliveries are made from Salvador, Bahia, and São Paulo, Brazil. 

You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@piratasdoamor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping within Brazil

We offer shipping within Brazil for R$20 flat.

Free delivery is available for orders over R$300. 


International Shipping

We offer international shipping at an additional charge of R$200 (approx. USD 40).

Free international delivery is available for orders over R$1´000. 

Piratas do Amor are not responsible for additional customs clearance costs.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at store@piratasdoamor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
